Groovy 1.7.4 and 1.8.0-Beta 1 Released

Groovy version 1.7.4 was released today.  In addition, the first beta release of 1.8.0 was released today too.  The release notes for 1.7.4 lists everything fixed and added in this version, which is considered the production quality version.
