Tomcat 4.1.40 Stable Released

SpringSource, err..I mean, the Apache Tomcat team has released what could very well be the last version of tomcat in the 4.1 release tree. Tomcat 4.1.40 was released, addressing two important and three minor security threats as well as some additional bug fixes.
